Do you wake up at night? Here’s what your body is trying to tell you.(1 / 2)

Fighting wrinkles is a challenge every woman faces in her life. Some dedicate more time to this battle, while others are more philosophical about the signs of aging. But no woman can walk straight past the mirror in the morning without stopping to look at her face, checking for wrinkles and small imperfections that inevitably always seem as big as houses. If your concern is wrinkles, which appear particularly pronounced, especially in the morning, there are some steps you can take to limit the onset of these annoying signs of aging and fatigue and fight wrinkles from their first appearance. This is a treatment that should be implemented from the time your skin is young and toned, and it also includes getting plenty of sleep at night. First, prepare for bed by carefully removing makeup with a product suitable for your skin type. Apply toner to close pores, and before applying cream, gently rub an ice cube over your face and décolleté. The cold will cause vasoconstriction, followed by reactive vasodilation, which will promote oxygenation and cellular metabolism. You can repeat this process in the morning and you'll see how your face will be much brighter, also eliminating the signs of fatigue that contribute to the appearance of wrinkles. Before bed, massage your face with a moisturizer. If you want to try a truly effective one, snail slime-based products are very popular and used, innovative and with excellent results. When it's time to go to bed, remember that sleeping on your back is best. Lying face down or on your side puts significant pressure on the face, creating those much-hated morning wrinkles.

The result is that  we are at war with ourselves:  the mind desires things the body doesn’t want, and the body desires things the mind doesn’t allow; the mind gives instructions the body doesn’t follow, and the body emits impulses the mind can’t understand.

This explains why listening to your body is easier said than done. We’ve built a wall between our minds and bodies, and we no longer know how to break it down.

In light of what has been said, it is clear that we should learn to listen to our bodies and not miss even  a single signal they send us.

There are many alarm bells that our body sets off simply to make us understand that we are the victims of a malaise that we are not aware of or that  we pretend not to see.

Ailments that  make our lives difficult , complex, and ruin those days that should be lived to the fullest. Life is one and very short, although many fail to realize the limits they are reaching. Let’s listen to our body and soul, let’s make peace with ourselves, and only then will we be truly happy and  live life to the fullest!
